We offer multi sports programs as well as sports specific programs such as: soccer, gymnastics, baseball, basketball, football, martial arts, and more.

Programs are offered for ages 9-13 and High School.

Speed, Agility and Conditioning Sports Training Program:

$149/MONTH UNLIMITED OR $30/DROP IN

In-Season, Off-Season, or Pre-Season: If you’re looking for your athlete to keep up with their workout routine, learn something new, and have fun at the same time, this is perfect for you!

Get Faster, Get Stronger, Get Better! Each class focuses on speed, agility and conditioning for athletes for any sport! During these classes, Ricky will work closely to emphasize overall sports performance to increase results as well as focus on proper form and technique throughout. Through hard work and consistency, athletes will also build confidence and self-esteem as they work individually and in teams!

Middle School Athletes:

  • Tuesdays at 7:00PM

  • Thursdays at 7:00PM

  • Sundays at 12:00PM

High School Athletes:

  • Tuesdays at 7:00PM

  • Thursdays at 7:00PM

  • Sundays at 12:00PM

    *No contracts or additional fees. Unlimited Plan is set up on a monthly reoccurring until request is submitted to cancel.*

About Ricky Stephens:

Ricky Stephens is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, weaving a passion for fitness with a rich basketball background. He played two impactful years at Brookdale Community College, honing his skills before transferring to Rutgers Newark University for another two years. With four years of college-level basketball experience, Ricky seamlessly transitioned into coaching and running speed and agility classes, all while cherishing the opportunity to inspire young athletes. He has 4 years of coaching experience and a year of speed and agility training under his belt. He brings a structured approach to his speed and agility classes for all kids. His boundless enthusiasm and innovative training methods create an engaging environment where children not only enhance physical abilities but also develop a lifelong love for staying active.
