  • HYROX

Our facility offers the perfect training environment to help you prepare for HYROX!

As a HYROX Affiliate Gym, we are committed to providing you the best programming, with the best trainers, equipment and facility! Each class is different giving you the variety to focus on endurance, strength, power and more!

  • Hybrid Strength-

This 60-minute class combines building muscular endurance and power through compound movements. Participants will engage in a variety of exercises targeting all major muscle groups. This class is designed to improve overall strength, stability, and functional fitness functional and is suitable for all fitness levels!

Each strength class focuses on either upper body, lower body, or total body!


  • MetCon Mash Up

Short for metabolic conditioning.

MetCon is a 60-minute class that offers a high-intensity workout that incorporates, SkiErgs, Assault AirBikes, Rowers, sleds, plyo-boxes, TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, bodyweight exercises and much more!

Class formats include circuits, intervals, tabata, timed stations, cardio challenges, and core finishers.


  • Circuits

This is a 60-minute class where participants move through a series of stations designed to challenge different muscle groups and improve overall fitness! The room is buzzing with energy as upbeat music fills the air, motivating everyone to push themselves just a little bit harder. Each station offers a different exercise filled with a combination of cardio, bodyweight, sandbags, dumbbells, medicine balls, Rowers, AirBikes, SkiErgs and more!


  • Strength & Conditioning

This class focuses on different muscle groups and combining strength exercises with bursts of cardio. As the class progresses, participants encourage each other, creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where everyone is driven to achieve their personal best! This dynamic workout will challenge both your strength and endurance!


  • HIIT

This class combines high-intensity interval training in a team atmosphere! Our trainer will guide the class through a series of exercises designed to push limits, build strength and burn calories! This is the perfect class that will give you that mix of fun and sweat!


30-Minute Classes:

  • Stretch

The final cooldown after a 60-Minute Class or on its own! This class involves deep stretches and relaxation, leaving everyone feeling accomplished and revitalized. Improve mobility, flexibility, and mental clarity to get your body primed for your next workout.
