What are your hours of operation?

Monday-Thursday: 5AM-9PM Friday: 5AM-7PM Saturday & Sunday: 7AM-1PM

Do you offer trial passes?

We offer day passes for $25 to try our Open Gym. Group Fitness Class trials are free.

Additionally, we also offer 10 Pack Punch Cards for $200 that can be used for Open Gym or Group Fitness Classes. Our Punch Cards can also be used between the two services and are valid for 1 year after purchase.

Do you have any age restrictions?

To use our Open Gym you must be 18 years or older. To use our Group Fitness Classes, you must be 16 years or older and accompanied by a parent/guardian. We also offer Youth Programs that can be found on our Sports Programs page.

Is ARCH Training a gym only for Personal Training?

No! While we provide a variety of services for our Personal Training clients, we also have an Open Gym option available for those who simply want to utilize the state-of-the-art equipment in our facility.

What are your membership options?

We currently offer two different membership options. Open Gym and Unlimited Loyalty. For pricing and detailed information, click here!

Are there contracts on your membership options?

No! All of our membership options are month-to-month and do not have a contract. We also have zero annual fees, processing fees or any other additional fees.

If I’m only interested in Personal Training, do I have to become a member?

Nope. You can enjoy our personal training services without the need to become a full member.

Do you guys have cardio equipment?

Yes! We have StairMaster’s, treadmill’s, assault treadmill’s, Echo Bike’s, Rowers, Skierg’s, Jacobs Ladder, and stationary bikes. We are also located within walking distance of the Henry Hudson Trail if you’re looking to go for a run or walk outside.

Is there a referral program?

Absolutely! For every person you refer who joins our gym, you’ll receive 1 Free Month on your next month’s membership.

How do I cancel or freeze my membership?

Visit our Membership tab and see Member Support at the bottom. Requests must be submitted 15 days before your next billing cycle.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Are your group fitness classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and our trainers will be more than happy provide modifications for any exercises.

How do I know which class is right for me?

Consider your fitness goals and what activities you enjoy. Trying different classes can help you find the right fit!

What if I can't keep up with the class pace?

It's perfectly okay to go at your own pace! Fitness is personal, and the goal is to improve over time. Listen to your body and take breaks if needed. Our trainers are there to support and encourage you, so don't hesitate to ask for help!

Do I have to register for class?

It is highly recommended that you register for your class before. You can register on our ARCH Training app!

If I register for class and don’t show up, is there a no show or cancel fee?

No! We understand that things come up and life can be unpredictable. We look forward to seeing you in class next time!

Is there a waitlist for classes?

No! At ARCH Training, we believe that life can be stressful enough. We like to take the stress away from our members to ensure they can always get their workout in and are welcome no matter what.

What happens if I show up late to class?

No worries! We understand that sometimes life happens, and punctuality can be a challenge. Our trainers will be sure to explain anything you might have missed and will ensure you still get that great workout in!

Do you allow Walk-Ins for class?

Absolutely! At ARCH Training, our facility allows us to accommodate any group size! Just fill out our waiver before class, and hop in!
